ppvipp Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Introduction

Welcome to ppvipp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ppvipp ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the ppvipp platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or any downloadable app — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

ppvipp is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible via local mobile payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform.

ppvipp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ppvipp, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppvipp does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a ppvipp employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ppvipp or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on ppvipp. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed without notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment wallet. ppvipp may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ppvipp will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

ppvipp reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

04 Deposits

All deposits at ppvipp are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ppvipp supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your ppvipp account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which typically takes under two minutes.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. ppvipp does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• ppvipp reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

05 Withdrawals

ppvipp processes the majority of withdrawal requests in under three minutes. Withdrawals are sent directly to the mobile wallet registered on your account. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and your identity confirmed.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ppvipp account. ppvipp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• ppvipp does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.
• ppvipp reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional verification if there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, ppvipp may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ppvipp offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games. Check the individual offer terms before using bonus funds.

ppvipp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes unless there is evidence of abuse.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on ppvipp use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure that results are genuinely random and that no game is manipulated in favour of the platform or any player.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published openly on the relevant game pages. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — ppvipp will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. ppvipp's decision in such cases is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ppvipp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account on ppvipp.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use ppvipp for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppvipp staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

ppvipp monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, ppvipp will act without prior notice and is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation to the player concerned.

09 Responsible Gaming

ppvipp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ppvipp. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on ppvipp. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and any winnings generated during a self-exclusion period will be voided.

10 Account Closure

You may close your ppvipp account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment wallet. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

ppvipp reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, ppvipp may withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvipp platform — including but not limited to the ppvipp name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of ppvipp or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ppvipp content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ppvipp platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to use ppvipp's intellectual property for commercial purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

ppvipp provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvipp's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvipp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays.

13 Privacy

ppvipp collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using ppvipp, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your continued use of ppvipp after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
